The only thing to consider is that for tight-fitting shoes, the extra bulk of one of these pads might make them uncomfortably tight. Mine work fine in my hiking shoes, but are just a bit tight in sneakers. They should make a smaller size too though. This review is from: HeatMax Toe Warmers Value Pack (Adhesive) - 6 Pair (Toy) I love toasti-toes!! I hate the cold. I can only tolerate it if my extremeties are cozy. I love this product! I put the adhesive side down towards the inside of my shoes / boots and go. I convinced the manager of my local food store to purchase this by the case and give it to all the employees. Now when I go in I get a rousing thumbs up from everyone. If you hate feeling cold - use this product - no need to shake them to work - they make the cold weather tolerable. Amen!!!
